Switching Between Tools and Instruction Module | Joining Campus Community to Access Documentation | Links to Campus Instruction Documentation
Infinite Campus Instruction is a new IC module designed specifically for the classroom teacher. This new module replaces functions that were previously under the Instruction tab in the original IC environment, and adds new optional functions that you may find helpful. The resources here should allow you to quickly learn basic attendance, assignment creation, and grade book scoring. However, if you are interested in learning the new optional functions, that info is here as well. Also, the video below will give you a quick introduction to the new module.
The original Infinite Campus environment, and the classroom instruction functions are now separate modules. The original module is called Tools. The classroom instruction module is called Instruction. All users who open Infinite Campus will start in the Tools module. This still contains most of the functions needed for Principals, clerks, etc. To access classroom teacher functions now, you must go to the new Instruction module. People who are standard classroom instructors, but also have other duties, such as special education instruction, discipline, or counseling, will have to switch between Instruction and Tools.
You can only join Campus community by using the Help feature in IC. Logon to Infinite Campus and follow the steps below to create your account.
