LESLIE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT TEST SCORES-

TOP 10 IN STATE OF KENTUCKY!

Test scores released on November 1 show that the Leslie County School District is ranked #6 overall in the state of Kentucky in overall county test scores.  “I’m not one bit surprised by these rankings. I’ve always said our kids are the best in the state!”  said Superintendent Wilson.  He also stated that, “Our kids, families, school staff, and our community are to be celebrated for these scores. It takes every one of us to provide the best possible education for our children.”  Superintendent Wilson also commended our school board members for their dedication and support for our schools. “The school board provides the support and resources our schools need in order for our students to achieve at high levels.”  Each year students in Kentucky are tested in reading, math, science, writing, social studies and college/career readiness.
