Administrative Leadership Team Meeting – Sept 11, 2012

1. SBDM Liaisons have been assigned as follows:

2. Teacher Observations and PLC Participation by Central Office Administrators will begin the week of September 11, 2012.
3. The results of our communication survey indicate that our communication plan has an overall satisfaction rate of 92.7 percent.
4. CIITS Participation will be reviewed at the next working session with a focus on improvement.
5. The District and Schools new website is up and training for editing the site will begin in the month of October, 2012.
